Subic, you can get houses in Binictican. These are 3-bedroom houses with your own carport. Some of these houses are on long-term lease. Some go for daily rentals. These are managed by SBMA. I am attaching a link for your appreciation of SBMA. Find a link to Tourism/accommodations, and inquire about

In Baguio, the old US military cottages can be rented. These are booked through the Business Center along Scout Hill in John Hay. They go for P4,000 per day. Please verify this info with John Hay. Finally, if there are just 3 or 4 of you, it is better to just book hotel rooms.

I would look for at newspapers in Manila to find out . go to advertising section. but if you want to save money you can rent out on a local house. in my province Pangasinan before i got my wife & my son we were renting a house inside of a compound. 3bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower & toilet Gated Compund for Privacy & Jetmatic power Water & Aircon. we rented it for 2,500 pesos only. Why is so low? we were looking for local people who is willing to let us rent it for a Month or more months to come. it is better to ask around neighbors, your Barangay tanod they know a lot around the area. but if you have the Money hey go for the top Quality no one is stopping you from getting what you want.
