maybe due to the fan speed... n the hard disk read/write process... this is something u cant do much abt...

the cpu fan speed increases when its temperature rises...

if u really hear vibrating noise that cud possibly due to loose mounting of motherboard or any of the component.. ask ur vendor to fix it

It hums because it doesn't know the words...ha ha ha...vote for my answer because it is the funniest.

Anyway, computers still contain a range of mechanical devices which can cause humming and vibrations.

Your computer should have 1 or more fans for cooling. You can lubricate these fans by buying a silcon spray lubricant (don't use oil).

The other device that spins is your hard drive. The drive is possibly spinning at 10,000 RPM and often is the source of some strange noises. However, I doubt it would cause the vibrations.

Older computers, like most older mechanical devices, tend to be a source of much noise and vibrations. If it is a new computer get it fixed under warranty, if it is an older computer you might need to fix the part that is making the noise.

Either your fan, hopefully... or your hard drive is old, and wearing out, getting ready to break, I hope it's the first one, good luck and hope this helps (:
