Let the 4 numbers (in 100ml) be the amount in the 2 wine bottles and the 2 empty glasses.
8 8 0 0
8 2 3 3
8 0 3 3 1st person drank 200 ml
4 4 3 3 pour 1st bottle into 2nd bottle until they are at the same level
0 4 3 3 2nd person drank 400 ml
4 4 0 2 pour back wine into the 1st bottle till it is at the same level as the 2nd
0 0 0 0 1st person drank another 200 ml, thus 1st person now have drunk 400 ml, 3rd and 4th person each drank 400 ml.

* Take bottle #1 of the 800 ml bottles of wine.
* Pour 2 - 300 ml empty glasses full of wine
* Throw away the remainder of the wine in the bottle.
* Pour all of the wine which is in the 2 - 300 ml glasses back into the wine bottle
* Repeat the same process above - with the #2 bottle of wine
* Take bottle #1 of wine - and pour one of the 300 ml glasses full
* Take bottle #2 of wine - and pour the other 300 ml glass full
This will be serving 4 people equally.

Fill both glasses and let two people drink. Now 2 people have drank 300 ml each and one bottle has 200 ml left. Do it again with the other bottle. Now all 4 people have drunk 300 ml each. Now pour equal amounts in both glasses from one bottle, do it again. Each person will have had 400 ml.

wine bottles = 800 ml each x 2 = 1600 ml every one will have 400ml each if there are 4 people
2 glasses = 300 ml each
serve 300 ml to each person resulting in taking 600ml from each bottle leaving 200ml in each bottle
pour the remaining 200 ml from 1 bottle and 100 ml from, the other bottle into one of the glasses. This leaves 100 ml in the bottle look at the mark on the glass. server that amount to each person. 300ml + 100ml

The question appears to be impossible. To recieve an equal share, everyone would have to get 400ml which exceeds the capacity of the 300 ml glasses.
