they both really suck, i would think cancer sucks more.

I have to go with HIV. HIV patients may live longer than the average cancer patient .. but really, is it a good life?

I would say cancer , it seems like you hear more people & animals dieing from cancer not HIV , and yes they both suck.

Tough one but I think it depends where the cancer is....Look at magic johnson, he's got HIV and aint never gonna die, but cancer can take u out in a month or less.

If I got to choose the cancer, I would pick skin cancer and I would choose it over HIV.

Cancer can be fatal. Although you will have HIV for the rest of your life and can never have intercourse, some kinds of cancer can be treated, and you can battle cancer.

Cancer!!! With HIV you don't have to go through chemo. But you do go through hell once it turns into AIDS!!
