Besides getting the company's annual report from the website, how else can u get it?

I heard that u can write to the company itself requesting the annual report, is this true? if yes, can u tell me how?

Buy a share of stock and they will mail it. Try the library if it is a huge or local company.

Get a copy from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

just like that, ask for it, but that doesnt mean that it will actually work (they will give it)
