The 7600GT is the fastest card that you listed. Some might say that the 8500GT is better because it supports DX10, but it can't really provide playable frames so you shouldn't buy one for DX10 code.
I don't understand what you meant by "how much MB graphic card each one of them is!" Are you asking about price? How much better each of these cards is compared to motherboard graphics? How much memory is on these cards? If you re-word your final question, we might be able to answer it.
EDIT: Perhaps I'm just being dense, but I still don't understand what you mean by MB. MB is short for motherboard, which makes no sense. As I already said, the 7600GT will provide the most frames, I just don't understand what else you are trying to ask. I also can't comment on price, I don't know how much you could buy them for.

Simple, it all depends on what you need and what monitor and speaker system you plan on connecting. Nvidia bigger numbers=better Nvidia: T = good entry chip, GT much better Chip!, GTS Its better!! and GTX Best Chips from a wafer go into these video cards. ATI Bigger Numbers = Better ATI Generaly cheeper, use less current and are cooler but more for Multimedia and work computers, ok with games. If you want to game, then I suggest either Nvidia 8800GTX or ATI 4870 If you want Mutimedia (Windows media center, TV etc...) you are just better off with ATI cards, try to go with any of the 4000 series, you will get the best bang and quality for your buck in this category. and then theres Cheepo-Just work card. just make sure it fits.' Laptops, same deal except they are very hard to chose!, so many have some kind of major issue!!!. Just make sure it will have at least 1 year warranty and before purchase always google the exact laptop model and the word problems.

For games, 7600GT would be the fastest. 7300GT and 8500GT would have comparable performance. Get GDDR3 even if size is only 256mb. It will beat 512mb ddr2.
For HD video, 8500GT would be the best.

geforce 8500 GT is better (may depend on the developer though) MB also may vary they dont have stable mb volumes
