I have a 1983 suzuki gs 450 and I want to know where goes the long hose coming from the gas tank.I mean conected

I am not sure about your bike, but some bikes have a long hose that comes off as a vent/overflow hose. In the older bikes it hung down in the middle near the kickstand.

while sitting on the bike facing forward, the fuel line connects to the back inside portion of the right most carb...
