What is a ATI HD 2900PRO equivalent to in NVIDIA? Please give model and if possible benchmarks and such. THANKS :)

HD 2900 Pro is quite comparable to Geforce 8800GTS 320mb at VERY HIGH resolution but 8800GTS easily beats it at medium to high resolution.

Since HD2900 Pro is just an underclocked XT, the gamers' trick is usually to overclock it.
