Yes you can wear your underwear.

They will give you a gown to wear .Don't worry , you will be covered...in the right places.

you can wear your sweat pants tho to the hospital or clinic.

Grim reaper, you are funny....for shame.(I gave you a thumbs up tho, cause I know you meant it in jest!)

You won't need to remove clothing around anything but your knee. Easy solution, wear shorts. On a side note, some technologists may let you leave some clothing on. Maybe your tech will. To increase the chance of this, wear a thinner pants (not blue jean)

This is what I do for a living. If you are only having your sacrum and coccyx x-rayed, you can leave your shirt on and underwear and wear a gown. If you wear elastic pants, you may be able to wear those also. It doesn't matter if you have a bra on because that's not where they are x-raying. Rules may vary from place to place, but this is how I would change my patients, and you will never be naked.

As long as the technician can get the shot needed, you can wear sweatpants (provided they will pull up enough) or shorts. If a shot can't be taken in your mode of dress, they will give you a gown to wear. I wore shorts when I had my knee x-rayed.

You need to be able to pull your pantleg to mid-thigh, or change into a gown.
