Yes, there is actually a good chance of getting pregnant from anal sex because semen leaks, a lot.

If he was hitting from the back yeah you could.Cause the semen could leak into your vagina.But your more likely to get pregnant the old fashioned.

Isn't that one of the perks of having anal sex is that you can't get pregnant. Now if the guys sperm reaches the vaginal area there is a chance. I got my first child thinking that pulling out was safe!

semen could possibly leak down and you might get pregnant but i'd say there is a very very small chance

I highly doubt you can get pregnant from having anal since there is no way your anal is connected to your uterus. why do you think a lot of guys prefer to have anal with a female?

you can but it is very unlikley the percentage out of all the people in the world to get prego from anal is prob about 3% and out of billions of people that isnt much.

It would take a ludicrous combination of a lot of semen, a lot of leakage, ideal warmth conditions, and a lot of migration.
