Glass or Acrylic block is sold with channels; etc that are a frame; in most usual cases; adding support to an install. Instructions are in mass at any store that sells the block and hardware. Certainly there are Mortars/Mastic's/ and caulks to consider; among other things such as a practical location for any/all blocks.
