from my experience I would put the gourami in with the angels if they are no bigger than a finger nail as the fish you mentioned in the other tank have a habit of fin biting and harrassing sometimes the gourami has a tendancy to be somewhat timid so it should be ok with the angels unless it is tiny also but I would figure not if it is big enough to breed

You should put the dwarf gourami in with the angelfish in the smaller tank if the angelfish are big enough to not get eaten by the dwarf gourami. The larger tank may have too many boisterous fish for a lone dwarf gourami.

Dwarf gourami is gentle, but it is better to be in the bigger community tank. The angels are kind of delicate.

gourami can get aggressive, they are territorial, they are cousins of the betta fish. You replaced his finished international round once you extra this new gourami, and he's struggling with to stay king of the tank. you may attempt including more suitable flora which will have more suitable territories, yet likely they could should be seporated.
