Okay my mom is really grumpy all the time and she wont let me and my sister do anything much because shes over protective too. I think she might be crazy becuase if we listen to rock or punk rock, she thinks we're listening to "Satan". I know, it stupid but shes goes sooo crazy of that. I painted my toe nails black and added blue hearts on them. She though I was going satanic. My sister was hanging this on her wall.

My mom comes in and starts b*tc*hing on how it was Satanic. OKAY 1! This symbol is from Fall Out Boy. FOB isn't Satanic. My mom thinks me and my sister are going satanic. She said that the symbol was bringing bad spirits in the house and crap. Its soo stupid. There are more things she has freaked out about stuff like this. She wont let us go anywhere much.Whenever someone calls she always wants to know who we're talking too. We cant talk to any1. Is this normal?

Is she in her forties? Hormones are really irritating around 40-50. She just loves you and wants you to be safe.

Is your mom a very religous person? She may have very strict ideas about what music or body accessories are acceptable.
As for who you are talking to, I also ask my kids who is on the phone- and where they are going, who with, the person must come to the door so I can see them, and if the itinerary changes while they are out they must call me and tell me about the change.
For now it is hard, but try to remember she is teaching you her morals and values because she loves you. It is your job to learn what she is teaching and then as an adult you can follow that program or discard it in favor of what you feel comfortable with.

my mom keeps telling me i can dye my hair pink but then wont becuz she thinks ill want to make it pernament and il get tatoos and piercings. IT STAYS IN FOR A FREAKIN DAY!!! UGHHHHH!! some ppl!
