I rarely over eat to the point of pain, but when I do I sit around with my head in my hands, waiting until I can move. Then I go for a slow walk to try to burn away some of those calories. If it's really bad I'll take some Pepto. I eat normally the next day, except I won't have any dessert for the rest of the week. Man, I hate over eating! And it's so easy to do during the holidays.

ln some countries, the tradition is to drink cofee after a heavy meal. l do it at times (although coffee is not good for me because of acidity). lt lessens the feeling of heaviness.

I just sit calmly. Then if I am still "uncomfortable," I use apple cider vinegar. This has worked well for me.
