entropy = in a context of energy dispersal; how energy is involved; the greater the energy dispersal, the quantitatively greater the entropy and the quantitatively greater the number of microstates.

A dormant seed "has" the least entropy; a germinating seed, a little more; a growing seed, still more. A fully mature,plant such as a tree, at its physiological peak, growing & reproducing would have the most.

I vote for the seed.

Entropy is the disorder needed to activate or deactivate the order. In some way the seed can do that.

..........anyway I'm trying to answer this question in a philosophical way.
