Why do i have stomach spasms?

I had a baby a few years ago and now...i constantly have the feeling that there's a baby in there kicking me......I know it sounds wierd...i'm not pregnant...i just have movement sometimes...Its really freaky and my SIL said the same thing happens to her sometimes...can someone tell me why?

I don't know if your period is soon to come but sometimes a bit of cramping can occur in a week or so before the actual period starts. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
