flossie mae~~ I know what you mean I don't sleep well at night either a friend suggested sleeping holding onto a body pillow or something like it.
Emily~~ The song for some reason helps doesn't it.

Tony~~ I suck at signing but I guess I could try to sing it for ya ;)

Yeah, how did you know?
I just realized that helping people (especially those whom you love) who doesn't want to be helped is useless and futile.
What a bad and sad day for me.

I didn't have a bad day today.... and when I do have bad days I rather sing a happy song, or one of my favorite songs to pick me up. Music speaks to me.
