Sounds like a trip between Thunder Bay and Sudbury.
Make sure you've got roaming enabled with your cell provider. Bell Canada doesn't exist in Thunder Bay ... the city has it's own phone company using the same freqs.
Put the OPP (Ontario Provinical Police) 800 number in your speed dial. It's good across the province. Rumour has it they patrol all major highways every hour anyhow, so sooner or later one will drive by.
Watch for moose. And stick to the speed limit. Doin' 120 in a 100 zone on the 401 may be typical, but I got my first speeding ticket doin' 20 over in an unpopulated 90 zone just north of Sudbury.
If you've got a flat, change it yourself... heck, practise once or twice beforehand if you need to.
If all else fails, call your family... where ever they are... I'm sure one of them can surf the net and find you a phone number for the nearest hotel or tow truck if you need it.
Stop by the CAA, and ask what freebies they have... if you're stuck, they'll sell you a membership on the spot, then dispatch the tow truck in the same phone call.
There are a lot of transports on the highways, even in places with no cell coverage.... consider borrowing or renting a CB radio... no license required, and they drive through the night too.
