I'd wear light and medium gray shadows, with charcoal liner.
Be sure your mascara is the right shade with it - probably black-brown.
Don't try to match the red of your outfit to your lip or cheek color - go with a rose or plum.

Top 10 Top Colors For Fair Skin and Light Hair
Guide Picks

You most likely have blonde, red or light brown hair. Your skin is a soft beige with peach undertones and your eyes anywhere from a blue to a gray to even a pale shade of green. Here are your top ten colors.

1) Warm Pinks
Because of your peach undertones, these colors will warm up your light skin without adding too much color.

2) Taupes
Perfect for the eyes, Just enough color to give definition, but just right for the daytime use.

3) Violet
Use this shade for eye liner and be sure that it is smudged right into the lash line.

4) Ivory or Pale Peach
These two colors will work well as a highlighter for you.

5) Shades of Brown
Using browns of varying shades will work well in the crease area of the eye.

6) More on Browns
Brown shadows will also work well with your coloring, but try mixing other colors into the brown as well for an interesting way to get a bit more mileage from your shadows.

7) Golden Apricot
Another lid shade that offers a subtle effect.

8) Grass Green
Especially effective for spring.

9) Bronze
A soft bronze will offer a hint of color on your cheeks. Feel free to mix in touches of peach or pink.

10) Most Shades of Blue
You seem to have the most success with so many different shades of blue. They can be used from liners to shadows with great ease.

For those of you who want to emphasize your eyes, but not call attention to the fact that you are wearing makeup.

Keep your look natural, as there is so much going on already that you don’t want to be competing for attention w/ your makeup. I would go for a sheer base, w/ soft golds, coppers and browns on your eyes (these shades will make your blue eyes jump out as they intensify each other being complementary, or opposite on the color wheel) to create balance.

Your lipstick should be an adjacent hue to your frock, keeping it warm, to complement the rest of your makeup / color scheme. This will also produce richness and depth in your makeup, and bring balance and harmony to your total image, and you will look stunning!

Have fun making up!

well i personally wear black eye shadow and thick black eyeliner becuase im retarded like that. I'm probably not of much help really because i wear some crazy shiz.

If I'm wearing Red and Black I put red and purple eyeshadow blending together and then one of the 2 colors a little bit beneath where i put my eyeliner. if im just wearing black and white i wear just the black eyeshadow.

if you are wearing something nice i wouldnt suggest those ha just keep the colors light. like with the red and black just put a little eyeliner on and put only a tiny bit of a grey or something underneath with a tad bit of red

gosh i ramble a lot

A shimmery, pearly champagne or taupe eye shadow w/ black eyeliner tight against the upper lash line would be an elegant for either outfit.

well if your are wearing the black and red outfit, you should try the smokey eye way. wear that with black eye liner. if you are wearing the red and white outfit, you should totally wear a little bit of light shimmery champagne eyeshadow and black eyeliner.

Just wear color in fashion and to match outfit, lighter your skin, lighter makeup needed, can wear any color, its not what its how you apply it.
I have one green eye and one brown eye, plus continually change my hair color - make up tone is more to do with skin color.

The smokey eye is always pretty good for your color. Especially if you can do it well.

If you're looking for something more subtle, some soft brown/black eyeliner & lilac or pinkish shadow.

use a thin line of liner. medium of color u choose on lids, darkess on the crease of eyes, lightest under brows. i think it all depends on your favorite colors ..... not just the colors u r wearing.
