trying to put addon to W.O.W.?

Question

i am having trouble adding auctioneer to W.O.W. I download it, put in in a file in my WOW file and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Place it in the Add-On folder which is in teh Interface folder

so it goes WorldOfWarcraft
