Keep the temperature as she likes it and you can add some clothes/blankets to your body to make yourself warmer. Maybe buy a portable warmer to keep in a place that you spend a lot of time. This way, you'll save on the heating bill by not actually raising the thermostat.

You will have to compromise, one night hot the next night cold, or some one is going to have to move out and get another apartment.

You should wear a sweat shirt or something warm and comfy to keep you warm. I too, have a couple people in my home who prefer it cooler and I am always freezing so I dress warm with comfy sweat shirts and over sized sweaters.

I figure if your mom is paying the bills, then you should wear a sweater and sweat pants and get comfortable that way, other wise be cold.. OR.... YOU start paying the bills then YOU can turn it up to where it is comfortable to you.

See if you can both compromise. Tell her that if she'll warm it up by a couple of degrees, you'll wear warmer clothing.
