i used to keep a diary, but as my problems get bigger, i cant form sentances. is there any way i could manage to write my thoughts in sentances? also, im terrified someone will see it, even though nobody has ever found my diary before, mainly because i bring it everywhere with me, and when i cant i hide it in my closet, and nobody ever goes in my room besides me.
thank you.

Write...even if you are having trouble with sentences. Writing is very therapeutic--as is art--can you draw? That's another option, as is painting. It's always good to get whatever you can down on paper.

If you are worried about someone finding it, find a clever, new hiding place, where no one would even dream of looking. I wish you well :)

Its a lot less annoying to position in writing your emotions that you do not opt for easily all and multiple else to verify about really than being as disenchanted in genuine existence.yet an additional reason behind conserving a diary is that that is relaxing to look back and be conscious how a lot you've grown as someone or your issues that there become no opt for to situation about.

If you don't want anyone to know your thoughts, don't write them down. If someone wants to know something bad enough they will find a way to read your diary.. Keep them in lock down in your brain..

You don't need to form sentences. What you write is for you no one else.
Hide it if it makes you feel better.
