They're the same name. Natasha is the diminuitive of Natalia, which is the Russian form of Natalie. I like Felicia better than Monique, though.

I have to go with Natalie Monique. I actually like both Natasha and Felicia, but visually seeing them paired was a bit of a mind trip. I swear, I initially read it as "Natisha Felicia," as in, a very literal rhyme. LOL Just a bit too similar a pairing not to trip people up on occasion (please tell me I'm not the only one that's ever done this). ;)
