is Tally ( accounting package) is used all over world or only in india?

if there is common used accounting software in all over world please tell me.?

I never heard of Tally. Where I live, the most common one is ACCPAC. After that comes UBS, MYOB, and the smaller ones like Quicken, Quickbooks and Peachtree.
