for an assignment i have to create a guidebook for an online course. in the guidebook i have to answer questions like what is the best way to contact the instructor? what is the process of turning in assignments? etc...
what exactly does a guidebook look like? do i answer these questions in paragraph form? or bulleted points? i have no idea please help!

I would make my answers as short and concise as possible. A guide book is like a Yahoo's search engine. People using it want answers as fast as possible.

Ex. Professor Jones........555-5555 / [e-mail]

Also, use a Title page and an Outline. The rest is up to you.
