Yes. I support the commitment and love that marriage represents and those that choose to honor their relationship in this way. Near Chicago, Illinois.

I would absolutely support it. Why should anyone be denied the right to marry if both parties are willing?
When I go to church, it is to a Unitarian church, and they absolutely recognize and support gay marriage.
I live in Minnesota.

Yes. I don't have a problem with it. I live in Louisiana. People here still want to ban teaching evolution in schools, so gay marriage is not likely to come up any time soon.

MARRIAGE SHOULD BE IN CHURCH ONLY, SINCE IT WAS THE CHURCH THAT ESTABLISHED IT.

I THINK GAY CIVIL UNIONS WOULD BE OK, BUT I ALSO FEEL THAT HETEROSEXUAL COUPLES SHOULD HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN MARRIAGE IN THE CHURCH OR A CIVIL UNION OUTSIDE THE CHURCH.

No. All the legalities of marriage can already be handled by other legal channels, without having to change the laws.
No church.

Yes. Frankly, it's their life and though I consider homosexuality a sin, it's not my business to judge them and what goes on in their own life. I'm sinful enough as it is, why should I point my finger and say something is so wrong when I'm not perfect either. Live and let live!

I'm in Colorado.

My views on gay marriage (and I AM Christian) is that being gay/lesbian is a personal preference. Being straight is a preference too, but nobody picks on us for it, so why should be put gays through hell because of their choice? I do NOT support gay/lesbian marriage, but I wouldn't try to stop them because I believe that every man is for himself on this earth. Some people say that gays will go to hell, but that's only up to God. I'm just going to live my life and allow other people to be who they want to be. In the end, they will face their consequences and I will face mine.
