Plant life as food ,good.Raw or cooked ,bad. Blanched is the way to go. Drop the material in boiling water for a minute or two(depending on toughness). Then quickly plunge it into cold water to stop the cooking action. This will soften the material so the vegetarians in your tank can eat it as soon as it's cooled off. The pleco, the snails ,the guppies, and probably the Tetras too will enjoy the stuff. You can use Zucchini, lettuce, spinach, greens(like kale or chard),cucumbers or cabbage. Also canned peas, but you should remove the "hulls" and gently smash them against the glass. There's no need to blanch canned stuff,it's already been done. Just rinse the salt off.

I have mystery snails in a tank of the same size with a betta. I feed mine lettuce, cucumber, carrot etc. Cabbage would also be fine. Some people say you can cook it, but since in the wild these snails don't cook their veggies, I don't think it's necessary. It's normal for these snails to prefer vegetable matter that has started to break down or rot, so if you put fresh food in for them, leave it in for a few days. They eat a lot though & it shouldn't be sitting there for too long, but if it does spend a few days in, so long as you haven't fed them excessively, they'll eat it all as it gets soft.
