Out of the in Mr. Fayad's class today, 19 ate a hamburger, 17 ate a slice of pizza, and thirteen students ate both.

How many students ate only hamburger?
How many students ate only a slice of pizza?
How many students ate nothing?

13 ate both so that means 19-13=6 ate only a hamburger and 17-13=4 ate only a pizza. I don't know how to tell how many ate nothing. I need to know how many students there are in the class.

Hmm, a good book I'd recommend would be The Alchemist.
