No, the water in the pool level would'nt rise. The volume of an engorged penis is insignificant addition to the volume of water in a large pool.

Probablly because you are now displacing more water. But don't worry it is not likely rising enough to drown you.

i would imagine it displaces the water like a boat does but in your case i dont think think there is a measuring divice made to measure that small a difference
