Well I was watching a soap opera called Guiding Light and there was a teenage girl who got pregnant and then had an abortion. If she would have used protection it wouldn't have happened so maybe their saying that if we get viewers to see how hard it is when they get pregnant maybe they'll start using protection? Or are they promoting Pro-Choice? I don't know what is the moral of that storyline?!

Yes I think it is OK to show that. Soaps generally just have a story line showing how life goes sometime. I do not think they are promotiong Pro-Choice or Pro-Life; they are just showing one aspect of life.

it is a way to get across to teenagers to abstain from sex until they are ready and it aslo is a way to tell them that if they are going to have sex then use protection.

Isn't it too late to abort them once they're teenagers?
