Well I just got my laptop back I went through a whole deal with the repair people and they dropped mine ended up giving me a new one but this new one doesn't seem to have any sound ...or it doesn't work...so how do I install the sound...do I need to use the restore cds? I don't know if I have them...when I click on the sound thingy it says there is no sound thingy installed to go to control panel and then sound or something hardware and click add but it doesn't do anything or maybe its just me. So if somebody knows how I can fix this please help me out. Thanks

If you paid to get it fixed you should take it back and have them finish the job.

Sounds like you are missing the sound drivers. You have to know what sound chips you have before you download anything. Take a trip back to the repair shop.
