Is "Lolita" still banned anywhere?

Does anyone know where I can find information as to where "Lolita" is still banned? (either domestically USA or abroad)

Lolita is banned in Iran and Saudi Arabia for its content of pedophilia.

There are likely libraries where you cannot get it and schools where is it not available, but it has never been banned anywhere in the US at least. No book ever has. Lolita is very much available in the US and still widely read and as beautiful a read as ever.
