OK WHEN I CLICK ON A LINK A IT OPENS BUT IN A NEW WINDO WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS AND MY CAPS LOCK IS OFF BUT BIG LETTERS ARE STILL ON HELP ME

Borrow a keyboard off someone and se if that fixes it.

Your shift button must be stuck. I think it's the shift button because shift-clicking a link opens it in a new window.
Try fixing the shift buttons. If you can't, borrow a keyboard like the above poster said to see if it's not something to do with your computer. Otherwise, it might be time for a new keyboard.
