noticed a white head coming out of his rectum. He grabbed it and started pulling. He was at it for a really long time and to make a long story short ended up pulling a ten foot tape worm from his butt. What should he do?

His mother reported that she, "Heard a bunch of screaming and yelling as if his leg was being cut off! He then came out of the bathroom covered with sweat and red eyes but said that nothing was wrong."

are you serious? holy shyt! I would contact a doctor immediately, you don't want to mess around with intestinal parasites potentially leaving bacteria or rupturing something and giving the guy peritonitis. Dang, this is a no-brainer, go to the doctor!!!!!!!

He should go to a local pharmacyst and ask for a over the counter medicine that kills intestinal parasites. If he cant, squeeze to lemons into a cup and add two table spoons of water heat it into the microwave 10 seconds. It has to be warm enough to drink not to hot because its going to burn your throat. Drink do servings of that. Its going to burn all the parasites into your stomach they would want to come out and maybe die. They would come out into your fecal matter. Its not guaranteed but you should go to a doctor or a pharmacyst.

Doctor now! He may have damaged something because I've heard they attach themselves and your not suppose to pull them out.
