Solid Converter PDF has a feature that will allow you to extract just the images from a pdf and save them as image files, so then you can use them however you would need to, or edit them in your editing program.

Also, in case the file is locked and you can't edit it to get the images out, you can use Solid Capture to screen shot just the portion of your screen view you want to use. It will allow you to capture, window, part of a window or scrolling windows in IE.

Depends on the settings used to create the PDF. If the actual Adobe program was used to create it, and the file was not locked, you should be able to select each picture separately, copy them one at a time, and paste them into a new picture file using your favorite graphics program.

If you are unable to select them separately, then select them both together, copy them, use your graphic program to paste them into a single picture, and then separate them in the grpahic program. Select and copy each picture into a separate file.

Finally, if you are unable to select the pictures in the PDF file, then open the picture and use "Print Screen" to copy it. Paste it into your graphic program and edit it from there.
