my dad said theres gonna be to much tourqe should i got a tourqe converter.? any help with this where i should go?

You just need to find the right gear ratio. You porbably have chain drive and need a larger sproket on the engine side or a smaller one on the wheel side.

No what he means is a diesel motor isnt good for sand or desert because it has no real top end diesel motors are all bottom end meaning ull have good o-30mph power but no real good top speed, diesels only rev out to about 3 grand and thats where they make all there power so plan accordingly when you do your gearing

with a 50 horse engine you can't even get stuck let alone worry about torque.
