Wow, both really pretty unique names.
Personally, I would go with McKenzie. Just so when there is a class list older people won't get confused if she is a boy or girl. I know Devon is the girl spelling, but some people aren't very bright haha.
McKenzie will probably end up being shortened later in life to Kenzie.
I would make a list of things that rhyme with both names, and nicknames that could come from the name.

I like Makenna the best of your choices. McKenzie is okay. I don't like Devon for a girl at all. Ella Sofia is so classic, and these three choices are very trendy.

i would say that both these names are boy names but that's just my opinion. Ella Sofia is gorgeous and sounds Italian so how about another Italian sounding name ? maybe Isabelle Marie or Sienna Marie or Isabelle Anna
