There is no bright light where I live. Just the bright light of the moon and an occassional set of headlamps.
I live in a rural part of Texas.

I am so lucky to sleep under the shade of the night.
The brightest object around is a Barn Owl who I can see very clearly sitting on an Oak Tree every night.
