What is going to happen if Global warming do occurs?

Question

Sure I hear people saying it going to be dreadful, and some believe we are all going to die and it going to be the end of the world.

But like how is Global Warming going to affect the world that would do a such of a thing. Correct if I'm wrong, I'll admit I'm not really sure whats going to happen in the world, but using common sense, the world is essentially going to get warmer...

I'm sure we can survive, we can drink plenty of water and turn on the A.C to keep us alive?
If we survived the Ice Age, we can surely survive this thing...right?

Global warming does occur and looks to be occurring now as part of Earth's natural cycles. Mankind, as a large, populated, industrially advanced, ever expanding society will face many issue with a warming planet.

- Sea level rises, land is lost, less land to live and grow crops on. Not too good for an exponentially growing population

- Agricultural zones will shift. As current zones get hotter, agriculture will shift northward and southward to cooler zones. This will mean less food and economic loss for certain areas.

- If more of the planet is becoming tropical, then tropical diseases have more places to spread

- A warmer planet means higher chances are devastating storms (like Katrina just worse)

- Warmer water can dissolve more pollutants. The planet's dwindling freshwater resources will run a higher risk of being polluted.

So, "running the AC" will keep you cool in your house, but it won't keep you fed if there's no food or hydrated if there's no clean water or housed if a huge storm destroys your town or alive if you get malaria.

Now, will you as a person or I as a person experience these difficulties in our lifetimes? Probably not, but if humankind persists, then mankind will have to face it.

What people, like certain fraudulent Nobel Prize winners, need to do is stop playing the blame game for their own glory and start working on solutions for our children and grandchildren.

First of all the oceans will flood all low-lying land and the hotter it gets, the water in lakes will evaporate and the power plants will have to shut down because they won't be able to cool their reactors or produce steam depending on their production type. Once the temperature is over 90 degrees F, most plants cannot produce due to pollen death, so many people will starve to death, wars will insue over the water that is left and that's just the stuff I can think of off the top of my head. Not to mention all the super typhoons that will hit places that have never seen such severe weather. Also, high temperatures bring out the worst in humans. We tend to become very easily angered when we are too hot. So you can expect a much higher crime rate as well on top of everything else.

I don't know where you live, but around here 90 degrees is horrible and when it was over 100 it was miserable. My electric bill was nearly $300 for August and that was with my thermostat set at 78.

i beleive that if ur saved and you know christ you will not suffer in any way when the world ends while others that do not know the lord will suffer majorly and then go to hell and suffer!!!! god bless...if you have any questions you can allways ask me
