Raw garlic (at least 3 cloves a day) and ginseng are both supposed to greatly increase one's stamina and so forth.

It is best to take ginseng as a tincture or extract rather than in a capsule. Be sure it is organic or wild crafted (grown in the wilds)

You don't look for a "product", or a magic pill, or the new
wonder drug.
You take control of your life!
You know what diet you should
eat...right? You know how to
calm your brain and control
the craziness aroung you.Right?
You know the proper sleep
and exercise. Right?
You know to stay away from
anyone that makes your
head hurt. Right?
Just do all this and sign in
to a gym and you will be
Mr. Superman.

Do you mean fatigue or tiredness?

or like muscle strength?

or like metaphorically, like in a persons mind set?

if its fatigue:

drinking less soda, caffeine or milks and drinking more quality water can help a lot.

Eating enough for dinner is also important, getting veggies, protein and carbs is all important for the next day.

if its mind set your after then consuming more essential fatty acids and less saturated fat can help, more beans, nuts and seeds, less meat dairy, leaner white meats instead of dark meats.

Also dont underestimate the power of exercise and water. if theres toxins in our body, they can affect our mind set, getting the blood moving by running and having water to flush them out is very good to clear the mind.

Good Luck : )
