I like Matteo alot, Anthony not so much. Maybe Antonio instead? I like both middle names. I love the way you spelled Sofia a lot. My daughter's name is Ella Sofia. I'm not a huge fan of Angela, but it's alright. I really don't like Maria. How about Mariah instead? Cassandra's pretty, but it doesn't seem to go with Maria or Mariah bery well. If you're going to have the first and middle name end with the name letter, make sure they sound good together.

Personally I like these 2:
Matteo Dimitri and
Sofia Cassandra
I think that the middle name should not start with the same letter the 1st name ends with like Sophia Angela-I don't think it flows well. As for the boys, I love the name Matteo and I just like Dimitro better than Gianni and I feel Anthony is overused. This is my opinion however I believe you have chosen beautiful italian names. Congrats on the baby and good Luck with the names.
