Location, location, location. 1 acre could be $100 or $1,000,000. Depends where.

Very Simple anyone whom owns property Pays TAX
at the end of the year you get a receipt paid in full explaining what you paid for the Amount is there
in the mean time the year passed by you have the ledger [no]
it suppose to tell you how much you spent for improvement and how much you pro fitted now you know what to do
add & subtract now if you profitted do not SELL AND IF You
DID DO NOT Sell /// PROPERTY IS AN INVESTMENT
it is like your LIVER you do not sell that you need it to function ..if its in good shape you Nutter it ; build or rent it
the value goes higher every year PLANT TREES
Or go Partners with a Builder and if you inherited it as seems you do not know what you are selling hire a
REAL ESTATE at least you wont lose to much except for a percentage that she will collect good luck!

It depends on where it is located, along with whether or not it can be connected easily to utilities (electricity, natural gas, public water and sewer). If there is no public water and sewer, will it have a successful perc test to support a well and septic system? Consult a Realtor who can give you a market value range based on these factors and the comparable sales.
