What part of the earth is covered with water?1/4,1/2 or 3/4.

it is actually 70% covered with water, so that would be 7/10

that is a lot of water! but only a fraction of it (2-3%) is drinkable, but since it is constantly renewing, we will have water for quite a while. Not to mention all the ways we are inventing to make good water out of bad... hope that answers what you asked! =]]

I think it is 3/4 because I think 3/4 is about the same as 70%

yes 3/4 is covered w water but only 1% is drinkable

Look at a globe. Most of the surface is water. So go with your highest percentage. 3/4.

When you look at an atlas or a globe, what do you think?
Its mostly water (oceans, seas, bays, etc.), right?
So which fraction would be closest to "mostly"?
