I usually just pee in the dressing room at a store so neither. Its much cleaner that way. Bathrooms are gross.

Paper Towels, because some hand dryers don't work very well.
plus the club i went to, they had a singing toilet attendant who gave out paper towels.

hand dryers are more Cleanly.
You have to use your hands to get the towels, thats why they ever made the dryers, just a bump of the nob and rub your hands togther. Those who dont wash their hands are fools.
