Actually it would be rounded to 5.5
5.6 is only .1 away from 5.5, while it is .15 away from 5.75

Actally 5.6 will be rounder to 5.5. it is .1 away from 5.5 and .15 away from 5.75. The 1/4 values are .00, .25, .5, .75
