what pokemon should i add? to my team (pokemon pearl)?

heres my pokemon..what 1 should i add or take out.. i was thinking about switching venusaur with scicor.

charzard fire-flying
venusaur grass-poison
blastoise water
garchomp dragon-ground
dragonite dragon-flying


i dont really think i need salamence... another dragon my team would be very weak by water and ice oh yah and i cant get empolien or that started grass pokemon like torttera i think idk well ty!

ill probly give you best answer if you add moves to each pokemon i should add to my pokemon to be really good

This for in-game or wifi? Here are good wifi sets, but they work well for in-game, too (anything does):

charizard: aerial ace, sunny day, flamethrower, solarbeam
venusaur: get rid of him, U have 2 many weak to ice. Get a pokemon like dusknoir:
pain split, willowisp, fire punch, curse.
Scizor would be better than venusaur, but I like dusknoir even better.
Garchomp: dragon claw, swords dance, earthquake, brick break
Dragonite doesn't stand out from garchomp, and I like garchomp more, so I would switch it 4 a pokemon like crobat:
Fly, toxic, mean look, confuse ray
First, you shoud use confuse ray when it comes in. Then, use mean look to either keep in the confused one or the switched in one. Then use toxic or confuse ray, depending if it is confused or not. Fly is for damaging purposes and for killing time from toxic and confuse ray, making them damaged while you are immune.
Blastoise: surf, ice beam, roar, yawn

For your last guy, don't get sally, ur right, u don't need it. I would put in a pokemon like Bronzong. Here is a good moveset:
hypnosis, calm mind, stealth rock, psychic
Calm mind or stealth rock (calm 4 sweeping, stealth 4 making sure they don't switch or if they do that they pay and fire, it's only weakness, is weak to it. works w/ blastoise's roar, too) , sleep em, a calm mind, and use psychic until dead. Great defence makes this set possible, and decent spatk and calm mind make this poke shine.

Yeah, these are wifi sets specifically. Still, the only ones you would have to change for ingame is blastoise, really. The other sets really work, trust me. I have used most of them (still need to try the crobat set, but my friend has it. He's good.) So yeah, change venusaur and dragonite and get crobat, dusknoir, and bronzong. Keeping dragonite would be ok for ingame and you might not need crobat, but other than that, these work

An Ice type attack will take out 3 of you pokes with ease (Venusaur, Garchomp, and Dragonite) I'd recomend taking out Dragonite or Garcomp (4x weak to ice), add a good Psychic type. And something else of your choice

you should add a good electric type to your team, or a water-ice to get rid of that weakness in you team, but i suggest a strong electric like luxray or even pikachu what a classic
