I was blessed to be able to understand things (although I do say "I just don't understand" a lot). Since I was 5, I became aware of my artistic ability, by seven I was racing motorcycles, by 9, I was in a blues/rock band. Music became the crutch for my soul. Being "aware",as many of you know, can be more of a curse than anything else. I sometimes wonder what it must be like to walk over nature, each other, and ourselves, in such destructive ways. With no apparent re guard for feelings. Just my 35 minute commute to work makes my heart ache so sometimes. The longwinded point I felt like making is that most people who are "Inner Knowing", know that there are more and bigger things in life than themselves. So many more people seem to be stuck on the "world revolves around me syndrome". But, on the other side of the point is this, inner knowing, means deeper loving, happier happy, deeper felt grief, and the wonderful ability to absorb the infinite beauty around us every day.

Learning how to meditate safely (e.g., with golden-white light around self, with pure intentions, etc.), keeping a dream diary, and learning how to awaken to Self. Reading such as the following books help:
"Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet;
"Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton;
"The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock;
"Entering the Circle" and "The Master of Lucid Dreams," Olga Kharitidi, M.D.
"The Second Birth," Omraam MIkhael Aivanhov;
"Psychoenergetic Science," William Tiller, Ph.D.;
"Extraordinary Knowing," Elizabeth Mayer, Ph.D.;
"The Undiscovered Country," Eknath Easwaran, Ph.D.;
"Autobiography of a Yogi," Paramahansa Yogananda;
"Interior Castle," Saint Teresa of Avila;
"Expecting Adam," Martha Beck, Ph.D.;
"The Masters and Their Retreats," Mark Prophet;
"Mary Baker Eddy: Christian Healer," Yvonne von Fettweis;
"The Path of Virtue," Jonathan Murro."
Also, by associating with genuine Teachers of the higher life and with spiritually-minded ones.

By studying the natural world and the universe until I was full, this is what God has created for us. Study what He created and He will prove Himself to you, now I know He exist and I am free.

Through watching and listening, I became a good listener, to others, to my self and to God. You begin to realise the answer to every question you ever have is right infront of your face. ONE LOVE! YEAH!!!

John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
I simply believed this verse and all that it implies.
