Farmers often look at their other animals as something that will later be on the dinner table. Horses dont fit this description. They are see more as pets.

Well I would say they dont really, but for a five year old I would say because horses can get closer to humans and attach more to humans and you can ride them and all. But I think Farmers love ALL their animals that is why they are a farmer!!!

Well, Farmers like horses because the are big animals that can give them rides all around their farm. That way, they could see what all the other animals are doing.
