The Executive Branch consists of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet while the Legislative Branch consists of the parliament that make laws for the country.

No! The executive branch is just the Queen and Governor-General.

The Prime Minister is part of the legislative branch, as are all member of cabinet, as all are elected as Members of Parliament. The Senate, if one is forced to include them, is also part of the Legislative Branch, in the useless money-grubbers section:)
