get permits from DSWD,and solicit from companies or individuals you think are philanthropist or have spares to share.
You have to show to what noble cause you intend and make transparency of the developments to any who wants to verify.
Of course, you should know who you should approached,such as, never solicit from non catholics if you're building a church,lol!
